However, we believe the current DeFi market is yet to reach its true greatness when it comes to serving its users. The Decentralized Finance market consists of at least two types of DeFi investors. Many crypto holders are seeking the fixed-rate APY without standard risk and there are also many seeking higher yield farming APY with high leverage.
With that, we aim to create a bridge between the gap of these two target markets.
However, to do so we must form a group of talented people first. And If we manage to have these motivated and selfless brains work together and everyone is moving forward together, then success can take care of itself.
Now, We would like to announce a new vacancy for a Marketing Operations Manager.
Interested applicants must
- Hold marketing, advertising, or related degree
- Should have at least 2 years of working experience in crypto space
- Have experience working within and with crypto communities
- Have s solid understanding of how blockchain technology works
- Be able to develop and maintain prime marketing operations relations with a particular set of business partners
- Manage solutions implementation responding to the identified project and community needs
- Perform directly with all external parties to assure steady business expansion
- Identify and respond to user assistance and operational issues
- Be Self-starter, detail-oriented, able to work independently, with a positive attitude
- Fluent in English
